About Manufactor Finance

Manufactor Finance is an independent business financing referral service that helps manufacturers gain access to funding programs that fit their needs. We are not a bank, lender, private equity firm, investor, or direct funder, and nothing on this Site is an offer of credit or a commitment to lend. Content is provided for informational purposes only and is not legal, tax, accounting, or investment advice. See our Disclosures for details.

Service area & program availability

Manufactor Finance publishes location pages for US cities and metro areas where we take clients. A location page does not represent a physical office, storefront, or licensed presence in that city or state; all services are delivered remotely by our US-based specialists.

Not all funding programs are available in every state, to every manufacturer, or at every stage of business. Program availability, eligibility, advance rates, pricing, and terms are set solely by the funding partner and vary by state, industry, revenue, time-in- business, ownership, credit profile, use of funds, and buyer concentration. Anything shown on this Site is illustrative and is not a commitment to lend, an offer of credit, or a rate quote.

Submissions & sharing with funding partners

When you submit a funding request, upload documents, or otherwise share information with us through any channel, including the Site, phone calls, live chat (including conversations with our AI Assistant), email, and SMS, you acknowledge and agree that we will share that information with our vetted funding partners, one or more of whom may contact you (such as banks, factoring companies, non-bank lenders, equipment finance companies, asset-based lenders, and SBA lenders) so they can evaluate and underwrite your file. Once shared, each funding partner will handle your information under its own privacy policy and applicable law.

In most states we share the information you submit with funding partners for evaluation, and those partners pay us a referral fee when a referred account funds or activates. In California and Missouri, we transfer your inquiry to independent funding partners for a fixed fee, whether or not you are funded.

In California and Missouri we are paid a fixed fee per transferred inquiry, whether or not you are funded. In every other state, funding partners pay us a referral fee after a referred account funds or activates. You are told the total cost, the payment, and the term of any offer in writing by the funding partner before you commit.

If you do not consent to this sharing, do not submit any information to us. Full details on the information we collect, how we use it, and your privacy rights are described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

You represent that any information you submit is accurate, that you are authorized to provide it on behalf of the business, and that you are at least 18 years old.

Communications consent

By providing your contact information, you consent to receive calls, SMS/MMS messages, and emails from Manufactor Finance and assigned funding partners as described in our Privacy Policy. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any SMS to opt out.

Submitting a form creates a consent record, described on our Privacy page, that we retain for 5 years and may use to demonstrate consent.

AI Assistant "Mary"

Some phone calls to our published number and interactions with our website live-chat widget may be answered by Mary, our AI Assistant, rather than a human, depending on live specialist availability. Mary can answer basic questions, take a message, and book a callback with a human specialist. Interactions with Mary may be recorded and transcribed. Information you give Mary by phone or live chat is treated exactly like information submitted through a form on this Site, and is shared with funding partners on the same terms described above. If you prefer not to interact with an AI assistant, please email us and a human specialist will follow up.

No professional advice; no guarantee of approval

Information on this Site is general in nature. Funding programs, rates, terms, and eligibility are set by third-party funding partners and are subject to their review, documentation, and approval. We do not guarantee approval, funding amount, timing, or specific terms.

Analytics, advertising, and search measurement

We measure how the Site is used and how it performs in search. Google Analytics 4, PostHog, and Microsoft Clarity load only after you grant analytics consent, and Google tags run under Google consent mode v2 so your cookie choices control what Google receives. Google Search Console sets no cookies and reports only aggregated, anonymized search performance for our own pages. We advertise on third-party platforms that we do not own and that do not own us. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is owned by Manufactor Finance or its licensors and is protected by US and international intellectual-property laws. All trademarks, product names, and company names or logos referenced are the property of their respective owners; reference to any such marks does not imply affiliation or endorsement unless expressly stated.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by submitting false or misleading information, attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with security features, scraping content without permission, or using the Site to violate any law.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Site and all content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Manufactor Finance disclaims all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. In no event will Manufactor Finance be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and, where applicable, the state in which Manufactor Finance is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes

We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on this Site. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
