Disclosures
Disclosures effective September 11, 2026, version 4.
What Manufactor Finance is
Manufactor Finance is an independent business financing referral service. We are not a bank, lender, direct funder, or investor, and we do not make credit decisions, quote rates or terms, negotiate, or fund transactions. We collect your inquiry with your consent, qualify it, and refer it to funding partners who contact you directly. Those partners pay us a referral fee when a referred account funds or activates. We charge you nothing: no origination, arrangement, referral service, or advance fees.
Program availability
Program availability varies by state. Merchant cash advance and other revenue-based financing structures are not offered to businesses in Connecticut, Texas, and Virginia.
Not all funding programs are available in every state, to every manufacturer, or at every stage of business. Program availability, eligibility, advance rates, pricing, and terms are set solely by the funding partner and vary by state, industry, revenue, time-in-business, ownership, credit profile, use of funds, and buyer concentration. Anything shown on this site is illustrative and is not a commitment to lend, an offer of credit, or a rate quote.
Lead generation only states: California and Missouri
In California and Missouri, Manufactor Finance does not broker, arrange, or negotiate financing. In those states we operate solely as a lead generation service: we transfer your inquiry to independent funding partners for a fixed fee, and those partners — not Manufactor Finance — contact you, take your application, and arrange any financing.
States we do not serve: North Dakota
Manufactor Finance does not currently offer services to businesses in North Dakota.
How we are compensated
Manufactor Finance does not charge application, origination, arrangement, referral service, or advance fees to prospective borrowers. Our funding partners pay us a referral fee when a referred account funds or activates, and nothing additional is required from you. Manufactor Finance refers each inquiry to our funding partners covering multiple product structures, and each partner presents its own offer, rate, term, and disclosures directly to you.
In California and Missouri we are paid a fixed fee per transferred inquiry, whether or not you are funded. In every other state, funding partners pay us a referral fee after a referred account funds or activates. You are told the total cost, the payment, and the term of any offer in writing by the funding partner before you commit.
Affiliate and referral relationships
We hold referral agreements with the funding partners we refer inquiries to, which include direct funders and brokers. When a partner we referred you to funds your request, that partner pays us a referral fee. Referral fee amounts vary by program and by partner, and what a partner pays us never affects which partners receive your inquiry. Partner selection runs on fit and performance for your business.
Related businesses
Manufactor Finance, Foody Finance, and Practition Finance are brands of JayBen, LLC. TactStack, a website and CRM services business, shares that common ownership. We earn revenue from those businesses directly. None is ever a condition of a funding introduction, and declining any of them changes nothing about the funding options you are shown.
Advertising and ownership
Manufactor Finance may advertise its services on third-party platforms, including search engines, social networks, industry directories, and other publishers. We do not own those platforms and they do not own us. Any references to third-party company names, trademarks, or logos are for identification purposes only and do not imply endorsement, affiliation, or partnership unless expressly stated in writing on this site.
Outbound links
Links to lender sites, government resources, and industry data are provided for reference. We do not earn a referral fee on a click, and a link is not an endorsement of everything on the destination site.
Cost presentation
Some programs are priced with an interest rate and others with a factor rate or a fee per 30 days. Where a factor rate or periodic fee applies, we present the total dollars repaid so you can compare options on the same basis. Figures on this site are market ranges, not quotes.
Credit inquiries
Submitting a funding request does not require a hard credit pull, and Manufactor Finance does not pull credit. A specific funding partner discloses its requirements and obtains your authorization before pulling credit.
No offer of credit
Nothing on this website constitutes an offer of credit, a commitment to lend, an offer to purchase receivables, or investment advice. All figures, timelines, examples, and descriptions of funding programs are for illustrative purposes only and are subject to underwriting by the applicable institution.
Free guides and tools
This guide is educational information about US manufacturing funding programs. It is not an offer to lend, a commitment to fund, or a rate or term quote of any kind. All figures, ranges, program structures, and timelines are illustrative — actual terms, rates, fees, advance rates, and approval are set solely by the funding partner after underwriting your file. Downloading this guide, our Funding Requirements Checklist, or any other free tool or educational resource from Manufactor Finance does not create a brokerage, advisory, agency, or fiduciary relationship between you and Manufactor Finance. An engagement begins only if and when Manufactor Finance and you mutually agree to work together in writing after a live conversation.
Location pages
A location page on this site indicates that Manufactor Finance is taking clients in that market — it does not represent a physical office, storefront, or licensed presence in that city or state. All services are delivered remotely by our US-based specialists. Manufactor Finance is an independent business financing referral service, not a bank, lender, direct funder, private equity firm, or investor, and we do not make credit decisions.
AI assistance on calls and chat
Depending on live specialist availability, calls to our published phone number and conversations through our website live-chat widget may be answered by Mary, our AI Assistant, rather than a human. Mary can answer basic questions, take a message, and book a callback with a human specialist. Interactions may be recorded and transcribed for quality, compliance, and follow-up. Partner sharing applies across every channel: information you give us by phone, live chat, SMS, email, or web form is shared with vetted funding partners on the same terms. If you prefer not to interact with an AI assistant, please email us and a human specialist will reply.
No AI approves, declines, prices, or underwrites anything, and no AI can authorize a credit pull. A human reviews every request before it reaches a funding partner.
What information we collect and why
We collect what you enter on our forms or tell us by phone, live chat, SMS, or email: your name, business name, contact details, state, industry, revenue, funding amount and purpose, payment terms, and any supporting documents you send. We also collect site activity such as pages viewed and campaign source, and public-source business data gathered from public websites, registries, and directories to prepare a file summary before a partner call.
In most states we share the information you submit with funding partners for evaluation, and those partners pay us a referral fee when a referred account funds or activates. In California and Missouri, we transfer your inquiry to independent funding partners for a fixed fee, whether or not you are funded.
An inquiry may go to more than one funding partner at once, and more than one may contact you. Both models above are a sale or sharing of personal information as those terms are defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act and comparable state laws, and you can opt out at any time.
How long we keep it
Our full retention schedule, including the legal-hold rule, is published on the Privacy page.
Requesting deletion, a correction, or opting out
Submit any request through our Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information form, which is also our data subject access request intake. You can instead call (844) 623-1234 or email contact@manufactorfinance.com with the subject line DELETE MY DATA, CORRECT MY DATA, or DO NOT SELL MY DATA.
Opt-out requests are honored within 15 business days. Access, deletion, and correction requests are answered within 45 days, extendable once by another 45 days with notice. Requests are free and have no effect on the funding options you are shown. Deletion covers the records we hold; it cannot reach information a funding partner already received, so contact that partner directly for their copy. We honor Global Privacy Control browser signals as an opt-out of sale and sharing.
Consent records
When you submit a form, we keep a record of that submission as proof of your consent: a copy of the page as it appeared to you with your typed answers masked, an image of the form area showing the consent text and the checked box, the timing of your interactions with the form, whether the consent text was on your screen when you checked the box, your browser and device details, a one-way hash of your IP address, the version of the site and consent language you saw, and a tamper-evident hash linking the record to the ones before it. We keep these records for 5 years. We may share a read-only copy with the partner that received your request, or with legal counsel, to demonstrate that consent was given.
Imagery and maps
Images on this site are illustrative and are not photographs of clients, staff, or locations. State outlines and coverage maps derive from public-domain US Census cartographic files, are simplified for display, and are not survey accurate. Displaying a state outline or flag implies no government endorsement.
Service area
Manufactor Finance operates remotely and serves manufacturing businesses throughout the United States, subject to the state-specific disclosures above. There is no branch network and no walk-in location.
