How our content gets reviewed by people

The team that writes and checks every page, and the credentialed outside reviewers who sign off on program, eligibility, rate, and FAQ content.

The team behind the content

Every page on this site is written, edited, and checked by named people. Ben runs the company and owns what it publishes. Nazia manages the content and reads each page for accuracy before it goes live. Sania manages the brand and checks how the page reads and looks once it is live. When both of them have signed off on a page, a line at the bottom of that page says so.

You can see all 3 of them, with their roles and backgrounds, on the team page.

Credentialed outside reviewers

Some content needs a reader who works in the field rather than at this company. Program descriptions, eligibility criteria, rate figures and the method behind them, and FAQ answers are read by a credentialed practitioner in that area, who marks up anything that is wrong or out of date and signs off on the rest.

A reviewer is named on a public profile with their credential and the body that issued it, the content area they reviewed, and the date they last reviewed it. Each review is a flat fee, stated on that profile. The fee does not change with how a page performs, and it does not depend on any professional's business. A reviewer confirms the accuracy of a content area, not that they read every page built from it.

No outside reviewer profile is published yet. When one is, it will be listed here and linked from the pages that reviewer signed off on.

What review does not cover

Review confirms that what we published is accurate on the day it was checked. It is not a quote, an offer, or advice about your business. Rates and terms come from the funding partner you are matched with, in writing, and they decide what they can do for you.
