Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 25, 2026

Please read before submitting any information.

Manufactor Finance is an independent commercial finance broker. To place your file with the program that fits, we share the information you submit with one or more vetted funding partners for evaluation, placement, and underwriting. If you do not consent to that sharing, do not submit any information through this website, or by phone, email, or SMS. Submitting a form, calling us, or sending us documents constitutes your consent to the practices described in this Policy.

Service area & program availability

City and state pages on this Site indicate markets where Manufactor Finance takes consulting clients — they do not represent a physical office or licensed presence in those cities or states. Services are delivered remotely by our US-based specialists to US-based manufacturing companies only. Not all funding programs are available in every state to every manufacturer at every stage; program availability, eligibility, and terms are set solely by the funding partner.

Cookie & consent recordkeeping

When you accept, reject, or update your cookie preferences, we log an audit event containing a randomly generated browser identifier, timestamp, your choice (analytics/marketing), the policy version, the page path, your user agent, and a daily-salted one-way hash of your IP address. We do not store your raw IP address or any personal identifiers with this record. Consent choices expire after 12 months and you will be asked again.

This Privacy Policy describes how Manufactor Finance ("we," "us," "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information from visitors, callers, and applicants who interact with us through manufactorfinance.com or related channels.

Information we collect

Information you provide directly, including:

  • Contact details: name, business name, email, phone, mailing address, state.
  • Business and financial information you choose to share for placement: time in business, industry, monthly/annual revenue, credit range, ownership, accounts receivable and invoices, equipment needs, funding amount requested, use of funds, and supporting documents (bank statements, financials, tax returns, invoices, purchase orders, equipment quotes, etc.).
  • Any additional information you provide during a call, email, SMS exchange, or document submission.

Information collected automatically:

  • Technical data such as IP address, device and browser type, referring URL, pages viewed, and timestamps, collected through cookies, pixels, and standard web analytics.

Information we gather from public sources about a business that submits to us:

  • Publicly available business data such as the company website, domain registration, state registry listings, public court dockets, and public web mentions, used to prepare the file for funding partners.

How we use your information

  • Evaluate which funding program(s) may fit your business.
  • Contact you by phone, email, and SMS about your inquiry and application.
  • Share your application and supporting information with funding partners considered for your placement.
  • Operate, maintain, secure, and improve our website and services.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

Sharing with funding partners

Because our role is to match manufacturers with the right funding source, information you submit is shared with one or more funding partners such as banks, factoring companies, non-bank lenders, equipment finance companies, asset-based lenders, SBA lenders, and related institutions. We share only what is reasonably needed for evaluation, placement, and underwriting.

Once your information is shared, each funding partner is an independent controller of that information and will handle it under its own privacy policy and applicable law. Manufactor Finance is not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties.

If you do not consent to this sharing, do not submit any information to us. You may also ask us at any time to stop sharing your information with additional funding partners going forward; note that we cannot recall information already provided to a partner.

Other parties we share with

  • Service providers that support our operations (hosting, database, email/SMS delivery, analytics, CRM, document storage, security), bound to handle information on our behalf.
  • Professional advisors (accountants, attorneys, auditors) as needed.
  • Government, regulatory, or law-enforcement bodies when required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or to protect our rights, users, or the public.
  • A successor entity in the event of a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.

We do not sell your personal information for money. Sharing your information with funding partners as described above may be considered "sharing" or a "sale" under certain US state privacy laws; see "Your privacy rights" below.

Communications, SMS, AI-assisted outreach & calls (TCPA / CAN-SPAM / A2P 10DLC)

When you check the contact-consent box on our forms, you agree that Manufactor Finance and the funding partners assigned to your file may contact you at the phone number and email you provided — including by automated or AI-assisted calls, prerecorded or artificial voice messages, and recurring SMS/MMS text messages — about your funding request, to schedule a call, and to move your file through placement and underwriting. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELPto any SMS for help, or STOP at any time to opt out of text messages. You can opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us. Our SMS program follows US carrier A2P 10DLC requirements; your mobile information is not shared with third parties or affiliates for their independent marketing purposes.

AI Assistant "Mary" — phone & live chat

Depending on live specialist availability, calls to our published number and conversations initiated through the website live-chat widget may be answered by Mary, our AI Assistant. Mary can answer basic questions about our programs, take a message, capture the information you provide, and book a callback with a human specialist. Interactions with Mary may be recorded, transcribed, and stored on our behalf for quality, training, compliance, and follow-up purposes, and are handled under this Policy. Partner sharing applies across every channel: what you tell Mary by phone or live chat is shared with vetted funding partners on the same basis as information submitted through a form on this site. If you would prefer not to interact with an AI assistant, please email us instead and a human specialist will reply.

Cookies, analytics, heatmaps, and session recording

We and our providers use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to operate the site, remember preferences, measure traffic, and support marketing. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect site functionality.

When you allow analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics 4 (traffic measurement and conversion reporting), PostHog (product analytics, click tracking, and session replay), and Microsoft Clarity (heatmaps, click and scroll maps, and session recordings) to understand how visitors navigate the site so we can improve it. These tools record page views, clicks, scroll depth, and general device and browser information. Text entered into form fields, including your name, email, phone number, and financial details, is masked and never captured in recordings or heatmaps. Google Analytics is configured with IP addresses truncated and without Google Signals or advertising personalization from analytics data.

These tools do not load until you grant analytics consent in our cookie banner, and Google tags run under Google consent mode v2 so the analytics, ad, and personalization signals follow the exact categories you choose. You can withdraw consent at any time using the cookie preferences link in the site footer. Recording and analytics collection stop immediately when you do.

Google Search Console

We use Google Search Console to monitor how our pages appear in Google Search. Search Console sets no cookies on this site and does not track individual visitors. Google provides us aggregated, anonymized reporting on search queries, impressions, clicks, average position, and indexing or crawl issues for our own pages. We cannot identify you from that data, and it is not combined with the information you submit through our forms. Google's collection of search activity is governed by Google's Privacy Policy.

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live (for example, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, and other states with comprehensive privacy laws), you may have the right to:

  • Know or access the personal information we hold about you.
  • Request correction or deletion, subject to legal exceptions.
  • Opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information and of targeted advertising, as those terms are defined by applicable law.
  • Appeal a denial of your request where required by law.
  • Not be discriminated against for exercising your rights.

To submit a request, call (844) 623-1234 or email us at the address on our Contact page. We will verify your request as required by law and respond within the timeframes required by your state.

Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide our services, evaluate and support your funding placement, comply with legal, tax, accounting, and recordkeeping obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

This site is intended for use by businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under 16 where applicable).

US-only audience

Our services are offered to businesses located in the United States, and information is processed in the United States. Do not submit information from outside the US.

Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when the current version took effect. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
